RED Global is currently recruiting for an Sr. IoT Consultant (French or Dutch speaker) for our client, a global organsation who are shaping their award winning IoT landscape. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior IoT Consultant with extensive knowledge of emerging IoT systems, IoT Architecture and IoT Middleware platforms.
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible to help shape the future of the IoT landscape within a global organisation for a wide range of customers.
Accountable to develop projects and platforms to help create new IoT marketplaces and innovation testbeds.
Part of the engagement team to develop complex analytical solutions that meet the needs of the clients in new and innovative ways.
Work with emerging IoT systems and corresponding IoT middleware platforms and IoT Architecture (from connectivity to aggregation layers).
Align business and technology, translating business needs into associated functional requirements and further technical requirements.
Adopt emerging technological trends (such as predictive analytics, business analytics, (ML) machine learning and 5G connectivity) to develop creative solutions to pressing client issues.
Programming experience in web scripting/web services (e.g. Python, Ruby, .NET, J2EE).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:
You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
3-7 years experiences working as a IoT Consultant within global organisations.
4 years professional experiences working as a consultant with emerging technologies.
Extensive knowledge in emerging IoT systems and corresponding IoT middleware platforms
Solid understanding of IoT architecture (connectivity and corresponding layers).
Cloud and/or IoT platform certification (AWS, Azure, PTC) is a plus.
You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or similar.
Work experiences in the fields of manufacturing, logistics and distribution, power and utility, energy, infrastructure and/or smart cities is a plus.
