The Opportunity:
We're looking for two experienced and motivated Data Centre Operations Technicians to join our growing team, with opportunities in both Farnborough. N.B. Candidates must be SC cleared or SC clearable
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Managed Hosting, Public Cloud, or Private Cloud Enterprise Data Centre environments.
Strong skills in server, storage, and network deployment, with hands-on break-fix support experience.
Solid understanding of Data Centre M&E design, including power, cooling, redundancy.
Familiarity with DCIM tools (ideally NLyte) and the importance of asset tracking.
Experience in structured cabling deployments (Copper & Fibre) - design, installation, and testing (desirable).
Knowledge of IT hardware concepts (RAID, SAN, x86 architecture, SCSI, FC, Ethernet, iLO).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car - essential.
