Job Title: Project Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support the assembly and collation of inputs for assigned internal reports, ensuring they are produced according to the agreed schedule and audience. This position involves analyzing report data and communicating or escalating findings as necessary. Responsibilities
Undertake project administrative activities in planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure successful project outcomes.
Participate in small initiatives with limited scope within the PMO structure.
Monitor report trends over time and communicate or escalate findings as appropriate.
Maintain project documentation as assigned by Project or Program Managers, including issue/action item logs, risk logs, project meeting agendas, and minutes.
Collaborate with key contributors to ensure timely assembly of report contents.
Assist Project Managers and other stakeholders in understanding and applying project governance processes and procedures.
Schedule workshops and meetings.
Capture and document meeting minutes.
Update Confluence and Jira pages.
Update RAID logs in SharePoint.
Ensure project artifacts are kept up-to-date.
Produce monthly reports. Essential Skills
