The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support during the migration to Windows 11 on our trading floor, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and applications. You will be the first point of contact for all IT issues related to migration, aiming to resolve desktop issues within one hour while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
