Vous êtes animé·e par le développement logiciel et l'esprit d'équipe ? Intégrez une équipe dynamique au sein du service CRM IT de l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur dans le secteur bancaire. Vous travaillerez sur des projets stratégiques liés au CRM des Back-Offices (CCM), en concevant et développant des solutions intranet performantes et innovantes.
Vos responsabilités
Dans ce rôle clé, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs aspects :
Relation client et support :
Vous serez l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des utilisateurs pour :
*Comprendre leurs besoins et les traduire en User Stories ou Defects.
*Leur apporter un support réactif et adapté pour optimiser les fonctionnalités existantes.
Conception et développement :
Vous participerez activement à la création et à l’évolution des applicatifs, notamment en : *Développant des composants backend en C#/.NetCore.
*Créant des interfaces utilisateur (IHM) en React.js et JavaScript.
*Écrivant et optimisant des requêtes SQL sur SQL Server 2019.
Amélioration continue :
Animé·e par une quête constante de perfectionnement, vous serez impliqué·e dans : *L’automatisation des processus de packaging et de release, pour progresser vers la Continuous Delivery.
*L’identification et la résolution des problèmes, contribuant à garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des services proposés.
Votre environnement technique
C#/.NetCore, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2019, React.js, et ElasticSearch.
