We are seeking a UX Designer with a passion for AI-driven products. You will ensure seamless design processes, intuitive user journeys, and innovative AI-driven interactions.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead UX initiatives for AI-native applications. Use AI prototyping tools and explore AI-driven interaction patterns to enhance user experience
Work closely with in-house designers and stakeholders to refine AI-driven product experiences
Advocate for best design practices, confidently leading workshops and promoting process-driven improvements
Design and iterate on AI-driven solutions, simplifying interactions and improving usability
Balance creativity and technical expertise, working with AI-generated code and written interfaces
Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment between business goals and user experience
What We’re Looking For:
Experience designing AI-native applications and familiarity with AI-enhanced user interfaces
Strong background in UX design, user research, and interaction design for AI products
Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
Ability to analyse and iterate on user journeys, improving usability and engagement
A balance of creative thinking and technical skills, with experience using AI-generated code and writing tools
Confident in leading workshops, advocating for UX processes, and sharing best practices
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate UX decisions effectively

We are looking for a scientist with sound knowledge of cancer genetics and the ability to critically analyse and interpret scientific data. HCPC registration and experience in G-banding analysis, FISH, variant interpretation (SNV and/or CNV) and reporting are key requirements of the role. Experience of WGS analysis is desirable, although not essential. WGLS is a member of the Central & South Genomic Laboratory Hub. Employment will be with UHS but the role will be based within Salisbury District Hospital.
