PE Global is recruiting a Customer Business Manager for our personal care client based in Walton Oaks. The role is an initial 3-month contract. The rate range for this role is £29.68 - £ 39.49 p/h. This role is fully remote within the UK.
Responsibilities:
Strong customer focus, with ability to develop consumer-led joint strategies
Proven experience of successfully forging and maintaining business relationships
Able to present recommendations in an influential manner
Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen - highly numerate, with strong analytical skills
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience of sales forecasting and profit modelling for your own business and the retailer
Requirements:
Education to degree level preferred
Recent experience of working within FMCG
Front line customer management experience
Relevant experience of using category and retailer data sources
Proven track record of developing sustainable JBPs and delivering business results

- Interim Financial Accountant 6 months £400-450 per day Remote One of my clients is searching for an Interim Financial Accountant to support the finance function of a newly acquired US-based software company. This role will be key in managing general ledger accounting and assisting with finance integration, including an ERP system migration from Sage Intacct to NetSuite. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the month-end process for two legal entities. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and Cashflow forecasting. Ensure all regulatory, statutory, and tax reporting requirements are met, supporting both local and group audits. Work with sales managers and the billing team to ensure revenue recognition aligns with group accounting policies. Drive process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency. Support the NetSuite migration, including data cutover, ledger cleansing, and user acceptance testing. Assist in the seamless integration of newly acquired entities into the regional financial controllership function. Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong technical accounting skills with experience in financial reporting and controls. Experience in systems migration and ERP transitions (NetSuite experience preferred).
