Sapiens UK is looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner/Technical Recruiter that will play a crucial part in the company’s growth and success by leading local recruitment processes, bringing in the best talent (tech and corporate), and creating and supporting our company culture.
You will be working closely with the Recruitment Team Lead, who is solely responsible for UK recruitment, and you will have the support of the European TA team.
Working model: Remote (UK based)
Employment model: Freelance
What you will do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from initial approach to Offer negotiation.
Manage ongoing communication with candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers, provide support and consultancy during the recruitment cycle.
Use your expertise in sourcing niche roles by head-hunting and by actively promoting open positions in different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.).
Adhere to Sapiens’ internal processes and work with our ATS.
What you need to succeed:
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house TA Partner within a matrix environment (either a technology company or a recruitment agency focused on permanent tech roles).
Expertise of hiring directly using all sources available, thinking creatively to bring new solutions to the table.
Goal and task oriented.
Dedication, persistence, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills in English.
SAP SuccessFactors experience - an advantage
Knowledge of working with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential.

- Data Architect Remote Contract Note: Need Active SC Clearence Candidates The Supplier shall provide Architecture Services to carry out the activities and outcomes defined in the SOW deliverables below. - Interim Financial Accountant 6 months £400-450 per day Remote One of my clients is searching for an Interim Financial Accountant to support the finance function of a newly acquired US-based software company. This role will be key in managing general ledger accounting and assisting with finance integration, including an ERP system migration from Sage Intacct to NetSuite. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the month-end process for two legal entities. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and Cashflow forecasting. Ensure all regulatory, statutory, and tax reporting requirements are met, supporting both local and group audits. Work with sales managers and the billing team to ensure revenue recognition aligns with group accounting policies. Drive process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency. Support the NetSuite migration, including data cutover, ledger cleansing, and user acceptance testing. Assist in the seamless integration of newly acquired entities into the regional financial controllership function. Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong technical accounting skills with experience in financial reporting and controls. Experience in systems migration and ERP transitions (NetSuite experience preferred).
