Audit and risk recruitment are exclusively working with an Internationally leading Stock Exchange Group who are looking to find an IT/internal audit manager in the change and transformation space!
In this position, you will support the head of Audit and change along with the Audit transformation Senior Manager, leading on the numerous ERP and wider business transformation projects across the multifaceted group spread across 60 countries.
You will work with their 10 year strategic partnership (a 'big three' Cloud based infrastructure provider) which will give the candidate the opportunity to provide oversight and insights on this leading partnership as well as other transformation led activities across the group. You'll also contribute to IT change across multi-cloud solutions, data analytics, ERP and numerous AI integration projects, being at the forefront of development and change inside the financial markets!
You'll have autonomy to manage multiple numerous stakeholders across the Internationally facing group with the goal of building out a dedicated Audit and change team. This is along with wide technical exposure across multiple ongoing D355, legacy to Azure Cloud projects and varied implementation pieces in tandem with ongoing complex IT/internal audit exposure!
Role details:
12 months FTC 75-85k (with likely extension)
2-3 days in the central London offices

Role Purpose
Work as part of a team of auditors to successfully complete Audit and IT change projects which provide impactful audit reports, assurance and contribute to improving the control environment.
Proactively contribute to audit team work, scrums/team meetings and independently drive audit walkthrough conversations with partners.
Independently complete audit testing, transformation activities, delivery of work papers and draft issue and report content for your section to time and quality meeting all methodology requirements.
Provide input to the Audit Director and Senior Audit Manager on any changes or risks that you have identified in the area that you are responsible with recommendations for changes to audit plan for both the quarterly refresh and the annual plan (inclusions and exclusions) with drivers.
Role Responsibilities
Drives strategic partnerships' audit plan optimally to quality and within budget.
Contribute to the numerous change and transformation projects across the group
Solves audit assurance problems escalating difficult instances where appropriate.
Provides SME insight to others across the function with regard to the partnership and ongoing transformation, and impact on the business/ divisions.
Delivers core components of audit engagements and has prior experience of working on technical infrastructure, shared service and application audits.
Completes professional qualifications including passing examinations in line with agreed timescales.
Requirements
CISA qualification (Ideally)
Certification or experience in change/transformation would be an advantage
Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIIA) or Accounting Qualification. (not essential)
Moderate proven experience required in assurance delivery and supervision, including experience of completing transformation/change reviews
Extensive partner management experience
Experience in a fast-paced international organisation would be advantageous
Strong communication and collaboration skills
