My client is looking for a Field Engineer to join their growing team. The successful individual will need to be able to work as part of a team, whilst also on their own supporting a number of key clients with their IT support solutions. The role is a mobile role and so own vehicle is essential to travel throughout our region, which spans from Worcester down the M5 covering off Gloucester, South West of the UK and South Wales.
Full training will be provided for this position so experience isn't necessary

Full Driving Licence
An in depth knowledge of the Microsoft product suite is essential including Win 7/10 & 11 along with Office365
Full Driving Licence with access to a vehicle

Conduct root cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents. Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. Handle high-pressure situations and critical service outages with effective problem-solving skills. Continuously improve ITSM processes based on feedback and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar.
