What You’ll Be Doing:
Participating in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies, raising blockers and collaborating on solutions.
Writing, executing, and managing test scripts based on acceptance criteria.
Handling defect management, retesting, and regression testing.
Supporting the UAT process and engaging with clients to refine requirements.
Assisting with service desk tickets and query support.
Helping shape the release process and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a QA role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows.
Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
Exposure to cross-browser/device testing (BrowserStack knowledge is a plus).
Confident communicator – able to challenge ideas, voice opinions, and collaborate effectively.
Proactive and eager to dive into projects, problem-solve, and contribute.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, but Nice to Have):
ISTQB Certification or similar QA qualifications.
Experience with EpiServer or Appian.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing guidelines.
