IT Support Engineer (MAC/Windows/iOS)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the media industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across MAC, Windows, and iOS environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1 - L2 technical support for MAC, Windows, and iOS devices.
* Support and maintain O365 and Google Workspace platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
* Assist with IT projects and provide project support as needed.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service with patience and empathy. Key Requirements
* Technical expertise in MAC, Windows, and iOS environments.
* Strong knowledge of both O365 and Google Workspace.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience in project support (beneficial).
* Strong communication and soft skills.
* Patient, understanding, and empathetic approach to IT support.
