YOUR JOB
As an Azure Data Engineer at LACO, you'll be responsible for:
Designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the specific needs of an organization.
Ensuring that the cloud solutions that are designed and implemented comply with relevant security and regulatory standards.
Staying up to date with the latest cloud technologies and advancements to provide the organization with the best possible solutions.
Being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
Being a true team player, able to rally up the experts and work collaboratively, sharing your knowledge and passion for BI and AI.
Participating in end-to-end projects across various industries and demonstrating leadership skills.
YOUR SKILLS
You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience with different data consumption techniques from traditional to more advanced analytics and AI perspective. (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, ...)
Power BI means more to you than shiny graphs (and pie charts).
You are willing to dig deep into Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake or Databricks.
You have experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Modelling techniques
You are fluent in SQL & Python.
You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken).
You get even more bonus points if ...
You can present and defend your solutions in front of clients.
You can organize, facilitate, and lead workshops.
You have (or aim for) the role-based Microsoft Data certifications or Databricks certifications.
