Freelance Data Engineer / Analyst

Job Description

We are searching for Freelance Data Engineers & Data Analysts (Power BI) to strengthen our Microsoft-Team! To join them in working on new upcoming projects.

We are a Microsoft Data & AI Solutions Partner with extensive expertise in various areas, including Microsoft BI and Data Governance. Data Analyst / Power BI
As a Data Analyst/Power BI Expert at LACO, you’ll be responsible for:
You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have an analytical mindset.
You have at least 3 years proven experience as a Power BI Developer or a similar role.
You know all about the programming languages SQL, DAX and Python.
You can model data using Kimball, Dimensional Modelling and Data Vault.
You are proficient in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and custom visuals.
You communicate clearly in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Data Engineer
You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience with different data consumption techniques from traditional to more advanced analytics and AI perspective. (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, …)
Power BI means more to you than shiny graphs (and pie charts).
You are willing to dig deep into Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake or Databricks.
You have experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Modelling techniques
You are fluent in SQL & Python.
You communicate clearly in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
