Location: Hybrid – Sheffield
Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (via Umbrella)
Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality requirements? We are seeking a contract Business Analyst to join a leading financial services client on an exciting transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
Create User Stories for all Epics.
Facilitate review sessions with senior stakeholders, business owners, and project teams.
Support Business Analysts in the development of detailed requirements.
Conduct quality reviews of requirements, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement.
Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery.
Escalate issues related to quality and timeline risks.
Provide reports on common themes and trends to management.
Maintain alignment between project lifecycle and requirements processes.

Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with User Stories & Epics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks in requirements quality and traceability.
Experience working in regulated environments is desirable.
