GOAL:
As a Scrum Master, you guide the company in its transformation by implementing Agile principles and practices. You support departments by maximizing team efficiency and collaboration, while fostering autonomy and continuous improvement to achieve the company's strategy.
Daily:
You act as a catalyst to align team goals with the company’s overarching vision. This involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that needs and priorities are understood and integrated into work planning and execution.
You understand the organization’s challenges, identify needs, and propose solutions to help the company achieve its Agile transformation strategy.
You are the custodian of the processes and governance in place, ensuring that departments and their teams adhere to Agile practices while seeking to adapt them to the organization’s specific context.
You support the company in adopting and implementing Agile values and principles, while optimizing these practices to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
You facilitate Agile events, encouraging departments to actively participate in these processes and understand their true purpose.
You cultivate optimal collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders, ensuring effective synergy between the company’s strategic vision and operational needs.
You promote team autonomy and performance by guiding them toward responsible self-management in achieving the organization’s strategic objectives.
You remove obstacles: you identify and eliminate barriers that hinder the department's progress, working closely with team members and external stakeholders.
IT SKILLS :
Your profile as a Scrum Master :
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (minimum 5 years).
You have significant experience (> 5 years) as a Scrum Master, with demonstrated expertise in Agile values, principles, and frameworks, particularly Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
You are capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
You possess strong advanced skills in facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate teams in complex environments.
You are knowledgeable about development principles and technical best practices to guide the development team.
You have an excellent command of both French and English.
