Job Specifications
Write customer centric communications, aligned to the objectives of the business
Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and consistency
Understand objectives for Sparks and translate these into communications
Making sure the M&S tone of voice is adhered to
Gain buy-in from stakeholders and work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure delivery on objectives and complete accuracy on all communications
Conduct evaluation of communications and activity making recommendations for future improvements
This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract position
Requirements
An experienced writer with a portfolio of excellent work
Ability to take ownership of projects
Experience of working in a fast paced environment and able to react to changes easily
A love for learning new things
A love of food and/or fashion
Experienced in stakeholder management with strong communication skills
Excellent organisational, planning and attention to detail
Initiative, able to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at any one time
