Working Pattern: Long-term contract / Full Time
This role can be based in our Aberdeen or Glasgow office on a flexible hybrid working model.
As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:
Execute and deliver engineering and design of technical projects
Provide progress reporting in deliverables and plan attainment.
Promote and contribute to regular team communications to build good working relationships within the team.
Execute all engineering in compliance with industry legislation, codes and standards and PD&MS’s processes and procedures.
Have experience and knowledge of industrial hazardous areas and non-hazardous areas electrical distribution and utility systems, and the management of change processes in brown field modifications and new build environments.
Work collaboratively across all business units to deliver in the best interests of the group.
About You
You’ll have experience of:
EPC, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
Executing and deliver engineering and design of technical projects
Industry specific systems and their design and operational requirements.

Qualifications
Engineering degree relevant to discipline role or relevant engineering experience.
Ideally chartered or actively working towards chartered status.
Proven people management and communications skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrable accountability in previous roles and responsibilities
Accountable for personal development of competence as projects demand.
Routinely manage delivery of discipline KPI’s.
Responsible for collaborative development, mentorship, and guidance to other team members
Valid offshore certification (not essential)
