Job Specifications
Role: OT Cyber Security PM
Duration: 6 months plus possible extension
Type of contract: contract-based inside IR35
Location: London (hybrid)
Looking for an experienced project manager to:
Provide day-to-day management of the Factory Remote Access Management project
Ensure that the project is delivered within the project tolerances
Establish strong working relationships with a large number of stakeholders
Ensure that business, technical and security requirements are met
Refine the project charter and create the project initiation documentation
Create and manage the project plan
Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Build the project team and manage relationships with third parties engaged on the project
Provide regular reports on progress, project finances, and risks.
Ensure that the project follows project management methodologies
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the delivery of the project and the day-to-day management of project resources, activities, risks and issues.
Initiate the project in accordance with project management methodology
Build the project team, engaging third-party suppliers as necessary
Ensure that the project architects collect all requirements
Identify project stakeholders, build a relationship with them and manage their expectations throughout the lifespan of the project.
Develop a detailed project plan
Monitor the performance of the project and provide weekly project status reports to the Programme Director
Track and manage project spend against an agreed budget.
Establish and manage a RAID log
Ensure that all project deliverables are approved
Ensure that team members are available to fulfil their tasks
Formally close the project
