About the Opportunity:
A leading organization is undergoing a strategic transition to a modern platform based on Azure Integration Services (AIS) to meet its evolving integration and modernization needs. This involves migrating existing integration flows from BizTalk Server to cloud-native services like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AIS Technical Architect to lead the migration of BizTalk flows to Azure, define a robust and scalable target architecture, and support the ongoing evolution of their cloud-native integration strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of AIS components, BizTalk migration best practices, and cloud architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities:

BizTalk to AIS Migration:
Identify, analyse, and document existing BizTalk artifacts (orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas).
Design modern equivalents using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and API Management.
Plan and execute the migration in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Cloud-Native Integration Strategy:
Develop an approach to standardize and streamline integrations using AIS services.
Implement automated workflows using Logic Apps.
Configure and optimize Azure Service Bus for message management and hybrid connectivity.

Obsolescence Management:
Participate in the phase-out of BizTalk Server.
Identify critical dependencies and minimize downtime during migration.

Automation and Governance:
Develop infrastructure templates for AIS using Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform).
Implement governance rules and policies for AIS flows, integrating Azure Policy and Azure Monitor.

Support and Documentation:
Provide Level 3 support for AIS-related incidents.
Document migrated architectures, best practices, and operating procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in BizTalk to AIS migration, including converting BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, and maps to Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
Deep expertise (5+ years) in Azure Integration Services (AIS) implementation, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and API Management.
In-depth knowledge of BizTalk migration best practices and potential pitfalls.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Azure cloud architecture design.
Good knowledge of App Service, Application Gateway, Azure SQL Server/Database, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DataLake/Factory, Spark.
Knowledge of Azure APIM.
Excellent French language skills (written, spoken, and read).
English language skills (B2 level).

Desirable:
Good understanding of hybrid scenarios with BizTalk and AIS (BizTalk Hybrid Connections, Azure Service Bus Relay).
Ability to design secure and high-performance solutions, integrating on-premises systems.
Experience with AIS monitoring and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
Good knowledge of API management concepts with Azure API Management.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory Domain Services.
Good knowledge of governance tools and principles (Azure Policy, Azure RBAC, Subscriptions, Management Groups).
Understanding of the Hub & Spoke model and ability to implement networking resources (Virtual Networks, Route Tables, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups).
Proven experience in analysing, designing, and implementing architectures mixing IaaS/PaaS/SaaS concepts.
Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates, Terraform, Bicep).

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of the TOGAF framework.
