What you'll do:
. We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, coupled with a solid understanding and hands-on experience in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environments. As a System Engineer, you will be pivotal in streamlining development work.
Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
Monitor and optimize Kubernetes workloads, including resource allocation and pod performance.
Implement security best practices for Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
Deploy, configure, and maintain HCI systems, ensuring integration with DevOps pipelines.
Optimize storage, networking, and compute resources within HCI environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in HCI solutions.
Work closely with software developers and system administrators to align DevOps practices with hardware limitations.
Provide guidance on Kubernetes and HCI best practices to the broader team.

What you bring:
You have a master's degree in computer science or at least a bachelor's degree plus 3 years' relevant experience
Solid understanding of containerization and microservices architecture.
Good knowledge of scripting languages PowerShell; bash-scripting or similar.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
Experience in a similar role is a major asset
You have already worked on projects requiring a high level of availability and robustness
You speak Dutch or French and have a good comprehension of the other language; You have a good knowledge of technical English;
