WESTPOLE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Consultants with 3 to 5 years of experience willing to make a significant impact on the business.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, modern cloud environments, and cybersecurity solutions.
Experience in domains relevant to our activities is a plus. As part of our team, you will join a highly skilled group of professionals who will mentor you to the next level, helping you to grow and excel in your career. You will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate and optimize their IT landscapes.
Location
2 days a week at the office in Brussels
3 days a week homeworking in Belgium
Key Responsibilities as Junior IT Consultant
Assess clients' current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including modern cloud
environments and cybersecurity frameworks
Provide ongoing support and optimization for clients' IT systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align IT strategies accordingly
Work with the consulting team in customer projects
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in technical presales or IT consulting roles or in another domains
Familiarity with Microsoft products and solutions, including Windows Server, SQL Server
Exchange and Azure. A basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services is a plus (intune, exchange online, Azure AD...).
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime occasionally as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and French
Virtualization skills, preferred VMware: vSphere ESX, vSphere vCenter
