AI Transformation Manager
Location: London (onsite x3 per week)

An exciting opportunity to join a growing AI team within a dynamic strategy group. This role involves developing and maintaining AI applications, particularly those using large language models (LLMs), while collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
Support and iterate on existing AI applications.
Manage user needs, roadmaps, and testing.
Collaborate with leadership on AI-related activities.
Design and deploy new AI applications to drive operational and commercial outcomes.
Conduct user trials to optimize solutions.
Research data sets using machine learning techniques.
Stay informed on the evolving AI landscape.

Candidate Profile:
7+ years’ experience in AI, with a focus on LLMs.
Strong Python development skills and experience with front-end languages (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS).
Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning theory.
Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and manage AI teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills:
Experience developing cloud applications on Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps and secure development practices.
