Paid Media Manager - EMEA Growth Marketing Team
Our client's EMEA Growth Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Paid Media Manager to work alongside the team in developing and implementing the Paid Media strategy for their EMEA Digital Media business.

Reporting to the Senior Advertising Manager, you will help craft strategic and engaging plans for multi-channel media executions across the full funnel. Working closely with our agency partners, you will ensure these strategies are implemented to the highest standard. Proficiency in digital media channels, including Display and Paid Social, is essential to ensure consistent delivery of recommendations, while maintaining oversight of campaign performance and providing insights back to the wider business.

What you’ll do:
Support all aspects of strategy, planning, and execution of media plans to grow top-of-funnel and usage-based metrics for our key products
Communicate regularly with our media agencies and internal teams on campaign performance, optimisations, and delivery status
Deliver against media goals, measured across the funnel, ensuring wider teams are aware of the latest trends emerging from our campaigns
Understand our audiences and ensure they receive relevant, engaging, and creative content
Lead on testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and tracking needs to ensure full impact and efficiency across all campaigns
Be vocal in marketing review forums, delivering campaign insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
Help drive innovation through our media plans, collaborating with our agency and key partners to unlock new testing opportunities
Closely collaborate with your manager, regional marketing, web, creative, and campaign teams to ensure alignment, support, and maximisation of efforts


What’s needed to succeed:
A BA/BS/LLB degree (or equivalent) is required
Experience at an agency, publisher, vendor, or client, with a minimum of 3-5 years running paid media campaigns across digital platforms
Strong numerical skills, with the ability to uncover actionable performance insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver results while working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of how paid media integrates with other marketing channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – the ability to build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint with ease
Organised and capable of balancing multiple projects and requests simultaneously
A history of self-direction, creativity, and the ability to meet or exceed goals
Knowledge of European languages is a bonus but not essential
