Document Cloud Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid (Reading/London)
Salary: £75k - £81k basic + bonus (OTE £150k - £160k)
Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extension)
About the Role
This role focuses on driving digital transformation by partnering with customers to optimize their document productivity processes, from digital signatures to AI-driven automation. You’ll develop long-term strategic relationships and deliver measurable value for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions to support their strategic objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with consistent pipeline growth.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person).
Build trust with decision-makers at all levels of an organization to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, and customer success, to enhance the client experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills: Design and implement Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Strong Cloudera experience with expertise in Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), Cloudera Manager, and Cloudera Navigator. Strong knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and related technologies such as HDFS, YARN, Hive, Impala, Spark, and Kafka. Strong AWS services/Architecture experience with hands-on expertise in cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong Big Data experience, including data lakes, ETL pipelines, and streaming architectures. Strong Data Architecture and Solutions experience, collaborating with stakeholders to define big data architecture, data ingestion strategies, and governance frameworks.
