Role: Payroll Data Assistant - 9M FTC
Location: Anywhere in the UK - must be based in the UK

Snapshot:

Newly created interim role to support both Payroll & HR departments
Reporting directly to the Head of Department - pivotal role
Business going through HRIS system implementation

The role:
The Payroll Data Assistant will play a supporting role in preparing and cleansing existing HR and payroll data to ensure it is accurate and ready for the transition to a new HR system.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR & payroll teams to manage the migration process, ensuring the data is properly formatted and meets all requirements for system integration.
Review and cleanse HR and payroll data from the current system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve any inconsistencies or discrepancies in employee data, payroll records, benefits, and other HR-related information.
Standardize data formats to ensure compatibility with the new HR system.
Support the migration of HR and payroll data, ensuring that all data is accurately transferred.
Collaborate with the IT and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition and integration of the new system.
System Testing and Validation

What you will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a HR Data-driven role
Experience using a variety of HR systems
Aptitude to work with high-volume data sets (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
Strong Excel skills
Experience with HRIS system implementation and integration projects.
Knowledge of data privacy and security practices related to HR data.
