Competitive salary Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Primary Responsibilities: • Monitor credit exposure through various trading and credit systems and ensure all systems are synchronized for credit limits, and exposures are properly reported • Negotiate credit provisions for agreements (including in particular EFETs, Master Netting Agreements, etc) and/or collateral, including (but not limited to) evaluation and management of approval process for extended payment terms • Work closely with traders and other commercial staff, legal, contracts, accounting, and external customers – ensure regular touchpoints to understand business • Assist Finance on resolving non-payments formulating plans for resolution using credit contacts • Provide back up support for other credit analyst as required • Engage in special projects as requested including working with multiple departments and driving forward business enabling resolutions where possible. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: • Significant experience in large multinational companies, preferably within Financial Services • In-depth knowledge and experience of M365 Purview administration including Data Retention, Data Deletion, Legal Holds, IAR Holds, Modern Attachments and Compliance Boundaries (across multiple datasets in M365 e.g. Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online etc) • An understanding of how eDiscovery within M365 Purview works, including performance considerations. • Experience of Keyword Query Language (KQL) for eDiscovery is advantageous. • Experience with Enterprise Vault on-premises deployment is advantageous. • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply, using presentations and other comms artefacts. • Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely. • Experience working with Regulators, Compliance functions, and legal teams is desired. • Knowledge and experience of using agile delivery methods and tools. • Commercially astute, ability to balance and assess risk vs. reward. • Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across the globe. • Good leadership skills.
