The Position:
We are looking for a number of motivated IT Operations specialists to join our Operations Competency Center.

You will be part of an international multi-disciplinary team, and you will be involved in technically challenging and rewarding projects.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Operations specialist, your responsibilities include:
Documentation of operational processes and procedures
Monitoring and follow-up of enterprise applications flows
Creation and maintenance of Control-M flows
Review and implementation of changes as assigned by team management
Understanding and advising on operational flows interdependencies
Provision of support to incident management
Participation in the operational scheduling upgrade and migration
Taking a proactive role in advising improvements to ensure operational efficiency
Being the first line in the escalation procedure
Integrate the shift based 6:00 to 21:00 x 365 environment’s SLA
Requirements:
Familiar with Linux / Db2 / scripting
Experience with batch scheduling tools is an asset
Ability to communicate in English plus either French or Dutch
An autonomous team player, taking ownership, and a result-oriented mindset is key
Good communication and documentation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
