The Role.
Extensive experience in handling SAP cutover large scale projects (min. 10+ years of experience).
Familiarity with the areas of Supply Chain, Finance.

Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of Legacy shut down activities prior to application activation

Ensuring risks/issues and associated mitigation plans are recorded and tracked in the project RAID log associated with cutover activity.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities. Working with key stakeholders to define what architectural artefacts, guides and best practices need to be in place to begin execution. Identifying key stakeholders who need to be engaged to ensure that the project is successful and meets its key goals (Delivery of a target operating model). Build of a resourcing plan to ensure that we have the right resources to do the job, and that they are available to execute the changes required. Build and ownership of a RAID log to ensure that all risks, actions, issues, and dependencies are mapped and addresses in line with the planned timelines. Building and delivering a communications plan and reporting framework for continued use and execution throughout the project lifecycle. Coordination of meetings and workshops in line with project deliverables. Skills and Experience Experience of managing Enterprise level change projects. Strong communication skills. Excellent co-ordination and planning skills. Experience of using JIRA as a planning tool. Experience of running Agile projects at scale with multiple engineering teams.
