We have a 12-month project for a Front-End Developer, to work on an exciting new digital service.
Responsibilities:
Designing, creating and improving new and existing products, platforms and transactions across the department.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of tools and techniques used within the wider team, both Developers and Non-Developers.
Expert knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and Sass.
Knowledge of cross-browser considerations.
Knowledge of Responsive Web Design.
Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG.
Knowledge of UX and usability.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proven experience maintaining a large and dynamic code base.
Knowledge of unix-like operating systems such as Linux and/or Mac OS X.
Knowledge of the use of version control systems such as subversion or git.
Ability to quickly research and learn new programming tools and techniques.
Experience of building high-traffic websites.
Understand web architecture.

The Role.
Extensive experience in handling SAP cutover large scale projects (min. 10+ years of experience).
Familiarity with the areas of Supply Chain, Finance.
Excellent customer interfacing and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare the plan and execute cutover activities.
Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of Legacy shut down activities prior to application activation
Develop/maintain resource plan for the cutover activity
Ensuring risks/issues and associated mitigation plans are recorded and tracked in the project RAID log associated with cutover activity.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Driven personality, sense of confidence.
Very good coordination and collaboration skills.
