IT Support Engineer - London - 3 months to perm
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in London on a 3 months to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st and 2nd line support, PC builds, deployment, Active Directory, and Office 365. Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues
Build and deploy PCs for new and existing users
Manage and support Active Directory user accounts and security groups
Assist with Office 365 administration, including user management and troubleshooting
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and continuous improvement initiatives
