Job Specifications
A solution has been developed using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and custom database. The backend of the system stores data on SharePoint lists.
The use of SharePoint lists has proven to be wholly inadequate for the scale of data required by the CCTRS application therefore a transition to a revised Dataverse data source is being proposed.
The project will rebuild the data storage in Dataverse, amend all the Power Automate flows and canvas Power App screens to work with the new data source.
Now, the SharePoint lists are structured poorly. If we want to achieve the benefits from using Dataverse we’ll need to do a bit more in terms of data modelling.
The proposed activity involves the data architect sitting down with the developer and taking the lead on designing a data model and supporting the Dataverse entity design
