Key Responsibilities: Managing job ads and screening CVs Conducting screening calls Coordinating with Senior Recruiters and Tuition Programme Coordinators Screening applications Scheduling and transcribing interviews. Handling pre-employment checks such as obtaining references and processing DBS applications. Serving as the first point of contact for candidates and ensuring a positive experience.
