Job Description
We are seeking a talented Technical Lead to join our team. Role Summary
The Technical Lead will take responsibility for leading the Service Desk team, providing expert technical guidance, and acting as the highest point of escalation for complex incidents. You will play a critical role in defining and maintaining the technical Business As Usual (BAU) stack, implementing proactive monitoring solutions, and ensuring client security. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to our Managed Services customers, troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and deploying system upgrades and security patches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Service Desk team, ensuring high levels of technical expertise and customer service.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents.
Define and maintain the technical BAU stack to ensure best practices and efficiency.
Implement proactive monitoring solutions and security measures to protect client systems.
Handle incoming incidents professionally via phone and email.
Take ownership of incidents, managing them logically from initiation to resolution while keeping customers informed.
Categorize and prioritize incidents accurately in line with service operations procedures.
Conduct thorough diagnostics to resolve issues at the first point of contact whenever possible.
Monitor incident progress and update the incident logging system accordingly.
