NEC Systems Training Officer
Location: South London
Salary: £42,324 - £44,331 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days/week WFH and 2 days/week onsite (potential flexibility to 1 day/week onsite for strong candidates)
Our South London based Local Authority Client are seeking an experienced NEC Systems Training Officer to join their team, focusing on training users in NEC Housing. This role is crucial in ensuring staff are proficient in using their housing systems effectively, supporting the delivery of critical services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for NEC Housing, including classroom-based, virtual and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Creating training materials, self-help videos and user guides tailored to user needs and processes.
Collaborating with service users to assess training needs, identify gaps and implement training solutions to enhance system usage.
Leading user training in the production of reports and dashboards, focusing on statutory financial, performance or data quality reporting.
Supporting the rollout of system changes by providing user acceptance testing and post-implementation training.
Assisting in developing training plans, scheduling sessions, and reporting on training outcomes.
