We have partnered with a forward-thinking financial institution committed to driving innovation and operational excellence within their Payments Technology division. Their DevOps team plays a critical role in building scalable, secure, and mission-critical infrastructure that powers transformative digital solutions.

They’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead DevOps practices, mentor teams, and design cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines. This role provides an opportunity to shape DevOps culture, enhance delivery velocity, and implement best-in-class cloud infrastructure using AWS.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Bash, Python, or Golang
Experience running large-scale, mission-critical workloads in AWS
Knowledge of cloud security best practices
Proven ability to manage and mentor DevOps or SRE engineers

Tech Stack: AWS | Terraform | Containers | CI/CD Tools | Python/Golang | Cloud Security
Salary: Up to £100, plus Bonus, 28 Days Holiday, and Pension
Location: Edinburgh or Manchester – 1 day per week on-site
