Job Spec:
This role is for a hands-on Solution Design Lead / Senior D365 Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM with key responsibility for Solution Analysis and Design of D365 CRM solution components, as well as providing leadership of D365 development/coding as part of a team of Offshore developers.
Must have understanding and hands on experience of MS Dynamics CRM Online/365 and all aspects of the Dynamics CRM development having been responsible for functional analysis/technical design/development. Balance various types of work items and projects, prioritizing D365 solution design as well as development activities /request.
A demonstrable track record of getting things done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality with CRM solution and related coding developed offshore as part of D365 solution delivery.
Strong analysis skills with an understanding of how to effectively translate business/functional requirements (user stories/needs) to the optimal D365 CRM solution design.
Good communicator able to clearly discuss and convey technical details with client and internal teams. Experience working in Agile teams, working on multiple workstreams i.e. BAU (CR/Bugs), custom projects.
Responsive and adaptive to change and quick adoption of new CRM systems/tools/capabilities, support, and training. Develop own skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and research as well as formal training where required.
Key skills will include:
Minimum 10 years of proven MS Dynamics Online/365 Solution design experience (functional/technical)
Proven MS Dynamics Online/365 development/coding experience
Design & Development Lead experience
Experience as Solution designer/ Architect- expected to Design, collaborate, and challenge Requirements to arrive at best possible Project outcome.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform development and configuration, advanced customization
Worked on Custom controls with reference to PCF controls and PowerApp CLI.
C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Fluent UI, Custom controls
UX & CSS
Experience in use of key IDE – Visual Studio 2019, VS Code
Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows using C#
Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with JavaScript
Strong understanding of systems and data integration management across business systems utility tools
Good understanding and use of Web APIs, implementation and testing
Microsoft Azure & Azure API Management Services
Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes
CRM Deployments & CI/CD
Deep understanding of coding best practices and performing Technical Code Review
Understanding of distributed architecture and microservices.
Experience of working with DevOps (ADO) in Agile environment - Development Sprint expectations (Planning, Work Items (US, Task, Bugs), Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Bugs fix)
Insurance domain experience is highly desirable
