Location: Liverpool: 3 days onsite in a week
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead and manage a team. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the smooth implementation of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Address and remove impediments to optimize team productivity.
Cultivate a positive, empowering team culture that promotes high-quality work.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.
Strong English communication skills
Seniority level: A4 or A5.
Exceptional attention to detail and responsibility.
Hands-on experience with Azure, Data projects, SQL, Databricks, and Release Management is a plus.

Other responsibilities and outputs are: Operate as a member of the projects Service Desk team. Capture and triage issues relating to Windows Server and related technologies including Exchange, Skype, SharePoint, SQL, ADFS, Active Directory (AD), DNS, PKI, VMware, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), SolarWinds.
