Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is looking to expand their team with a talented Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant. You'll be joining a dynamic team of experts who work with industry-leading clients to deliver impactful, tailored CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who is passionate about driving transformation and providing hands-on guidance in Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for Dynamics 365 CE projects.
Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 CE functionality, best practices, and system configuration.
Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective CRM solutions.
Lead client workshops, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications.
Provide continuous improvement advice to clients for ongoing system enhancements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or similar role, ideally with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver projects on time.
