We are currently searching for an experienced Workday Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract assignment. (Duration is very likely to extend)
The role can be carried out on hybrid basis of 2 days on site in either London or York. (Inside IR35)
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a large Workday implementation/new software integration project.
We are searching for the following skills/experience:
Previous Workday (implementation) Programme or Project management experience
Previous functional/technical HCM, Payroll deployment experience
Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC & Waterfall
Large scale Workday Project or Management Consulting experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Key Skills/Experience:
Have experience of successfully delivering complex change with competing priorities.
Have experience of managing multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope
Have practical experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process
Be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast paced environment where the pace of response and leadership is critical to success
Have the intellect and gravitas to influence and gain credibility with business personnel and management
Have strong knowledge and experience of business process improvement and operational efficiency
Strong project governance, control, and end-to- end software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
Be creative, proactive, logical and innovative and will not just accept the status-quo
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to adapt their style to their audience, providing detail or a high-level view depending on the situation
Possess strong relationship management and influencing skills. Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with people at all levels within and external to the business
Have personal drive, energy and commitment
Demonstrate where they have strived for continuous improvement and personal growth
Awareness of commercial management processes
A proactive team player with a positive approach to work
Ideally have formal Project Management qualification or membership
Ideally have Change Management qualifications or membership
Ideally be educated to Degree level or equivalent
