You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. My client is looking for x2 Associate Developers to join their Underwriting Engineering team to create, develop and manage products in various pricing systems. There is a huge scope for career development whereby, you will be provided with extensive training and development opportunities to ensure that you can progress into a mid-level Software Developer.
Main responsibilities:
Create, deploy and manage the process for new product specifications to be developed in pricing systems
Update and manage the process for changes to product specifications
Configure pricing system products including the drafting of documents, development of user interfaces, workflow tools and broker portals
Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, configure and test requirements.
Manage and maintain the quality of data
Benefits:
Salary up to £45,000 + 12.5% bonus

Requirements:
Experience configuring pricing system products or experience writing, testing and developing in either XML, C++ or Python
Ability to work with stakeholders to translate and prioritise business requirements into technical solutions
Understanding of technology in product development
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies
Degree background in a Computing or STEM subject
