IT Manager/Head of IT needed for a global manufacturing business located near Derby (M1/A52 junction).
Hybrid remote - 2 days WFH and 3 days working on-site. Start ideally in mid-late January 2025.
The employer is also open to hiring someone on a 'contract-to-permanent' basis depending on your circumstances and preference.
Key experience + duties will include:
Managing/overseeing IT systems and infrastructure for the UK IT estate.
Managing IT strategy, IT budgets, IT asset management, IT Security, IT licencing + best practice policies.
Leading major IT infrastructure upgrade + deployment projects.
Line management of a team of 5 IT staff including 1:1 performance reviews/appraisals.
Managing 3rd party service providers and supplier contracts.
Manufacturing sector industry experience preferred.
Experience of MS Dynamics/ERP systems is advantageous.
Benefits: £70-80k Base (DOE) + 5% Bonus + Car Allowance (£5000-£7000) + Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days Holiday (plus BHs) + hybrid Remote + More.
