IT Project Manager needed for a permanent position based near Norwich (Hybrid). Start ideally in March/April 2025.
A chance to join an established IT Services business with hybrid remote working available following successful completion of your probation period.
A superb opportunity for someone with basic Project Management/Project Support or Project Admin experience to take their career to the next level.

Key skills, experience + tasks include:
Project Management, Project Support and/or Project Administration experience.
Experience of delivering IT, Digital, Web, UX or Software Development projects preferred.
Defining client briefs, objectives, project proposals and estimates.
Liaising closely with clients + keeping them updated throughout the project life cycle.
Managing and tracking project deliverables to agreed time, cost and quality criteria.
Engaging with key stakeholders including: software developers, creatives, managers + external clients.
Soft Skills: enthusiastic, organised, analytical, communication, determined, working under time pressure.
PRINCE2 experience (or similar) would be advantageous.

IT Support Technician needed for a permanent position based in Norwich (Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally March/April 2025.
A chance to join an established IT Services business with hybrid remote working available following successful completion of your probation period.

Key skills, experience + tasks include:
Supporting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT networks, Windows Server and Desktop technical environments.
Strong IT trouble-shooting, diagnosis + IT problem resolution to 2nd line level.
Configuring, setting up + supporting small/medium sized IT networks
Project based work including IT deployments, migrations + upgrades.
Experience with IT Managed Services (MSP) outsourced companies preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
Technical Environment: Windows Server, Office 365, IT Networks, MS Exchange, DNS/DCHP, routers, switches, VPN configuration, firewalls, SharePoint, Azure AD.
