We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with strong experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and development teams, to drive the successful delivery of innovative AI products. You will have demonstrable experience in creating detailed user stories, prioritising product features, and ensuring an intuitive user interface that meets business and customer needs. You will also need experience of delivering AI products.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Planning:
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
Partner with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and alignment with product goals.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and timelines.
User Story Creation and Management:
Write detailed and actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Ensure all stories align with user needs and business goals.
Regularly refine and update the product backlog based on team feedback and changing priorities.
Delivery and Performance Monitoring:
Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Use analytics and user feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future product planning.
RequirementsExperience:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in digital or software-focused environments.
Strong experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and understanding user interface design principles.
Hands-on experience in creating detailed user stories, wireframes, or prototypes.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Basic understanding of user interface design and tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
High level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring smooth product delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable].
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications in Agile or Scrum (eg, CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Manager) are a plus.
