My client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to work on a set of projects on a brand new Salesforce implementation spanning multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services, Experience and Shield) to help replatform legacy systems and place Salesforce at the heart of the business. The projects will also be a reimagining of the business processes and the customer journey providing an opportunity to use Salesforce to transform the current landscape. Beyond delivery, there will also be a need to build out the Salesforce function and establish best practise
Key responsibilities
Technical reviews
Advice - able to help and guide technology and the business, blend pragmatism with best practise
Manage security and data considerations
Design - functional architecture, roadmap, capability map, consistency, reusability, ensure adherence to principles and best practise
Work with existing architecture teams across the Bank including enterprise architecture and the Salesforce CoE
Education - upskill others and act as a point of reference for knowledge around Salesforce.
Essential skills:

Manage and support technical leads
Coach and mentor junior technical team members
Sales and Service Cloud implementation experience

- Job Title: SAP DMC SME - Automotive Clearance required: BPSS Duration: 3 months with potential extension Location: Crewe/Hybrid (50%) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and leadership in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP DMC solutions to enhance automotive manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for SAP DMC implementations and integrations in automotive manufacturing environments. Analyze current automotive production processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP DMC capabilities. Design and configure SAP DMC solutions to meet specific automotive manufacturing requirements, including vehicle assembly, powertrain production, and component manufacturing. Develop and maintain solution architectures that integrate SAP DMC with other systems used in automotive manufacturing (ERP, PLM, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams during SAP DMC implementations in automotive plants. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical staff on SAP DMC functionalities specific to automotive manufacturing. Troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP DMC in automotive production environments and provide expert-level support. Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, including assembly, body shop, paint shop, and powertrain production. Experience in integrating SAP DMC with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP systems commonly used in the automotive industry. Proficiency in data modelling, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
