Salary: PS90,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Harvey Nash is excited to partner with a respected and well-established enterprise client to recruit a Head of Data Architecture on a permanent basis. This is a strategic leadership position, integral to the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on enhancing the organisation's Data Strategy and working closely with C-Suite stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who thrives on developing and mentoring a diverse team of Architects, Analysts, and Engineers. They will foster a collaborative environment, enabling team members to achieve their full potential. With an offshore team structure, experience in effective remote people management is essential to maintain seamless delivery and support an ambitious project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement a forward-thinking Data Strategy.. Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives to align data initiatives with business goals.. Lead and inspire a talented team, driving high performance and continuous development.. Oversee the design and implementation of Target Operating Models to optimise data processes.. Ensure robust stakeholder engagement and provide thought leadership on data best practices.
