Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Device Modeling Software and Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This unique role combines the expertise of device modeling with advanced machine learning techniques to innovate, optimize, and improve the performance of semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both device modeling (such as GaN, HEMT, and other semiconductor technologies) and machine learning algorithms to analyze, model, and predict device behavior, leading to more efficient and reliable product designs.
As a key member of our team, you will apply machine learning methods to device characterization, model extraction, and performance optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams including device physicists, electrical engineers, and software developers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate and efficient models for semiconductor devices, including GaN, HEMT, and other advanced technologies.
Apply machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks) to optimize device modeling, parameter extraction, and performance prediction.
Use advanced data analytics to process large datasets from device measurements and simulations, creating insights for improved modeling and performance optimization.
Design and implement machine learning-driven tools and workflows to automate the extraction and optimization of device models from experimental and simulation data.
Work with device engineers to ensure that machine learning models are accurately integrated into the design process, improving device design and verification.
Continuously validate models by comparing machine learning-predicted performance with real-world test data, iterating on the models as necessary.
Develop software tools using languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ to facilitate device modeling, data analysis, and integration of machine learning techniques.
Leverage machine learning to predict device performance under different operating conditions, optimizing for power efficiency, reliability, and speed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, device modeling, and semiconductor technologies, incorporating new techniques and approaches into your work.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in device modeling and machine learning applications, ideally in semiconductor or RF device design.
Strong experience with device modeling techniques for advanced semiconductor devices, such as GaN, HEMT, or MOSFETs.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model validation. Experience with deep learning, neural networks, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
Experience with software tools such as IC-CAP, MATLAB, Python, and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
Experience analyzing and processing large-scale experimental or simulation data sets.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and solve complex challenges in device performance modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
We are looking for passionate software engineers to join our Keysight EDA team, focusing on the development of Photonic IC (PIC) software design automation solutions. Our EPDA initiative aims to create a cutting-edge photonic CAD/CAE program for the design, simulation/analysis, and layout of PIC for photonic device systems. This role involves developing a platform for process design kits (PDK), validating PIC designs, and establishing seamless PIC design flows. You will be instrumental in integrating these solutions into existing Keysight EDA tools, ensuring industry-standard compliance and seamless integration of various golden standards.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and Development: Contribute to the design and development of EPDA solutions within the Keysight EDA platform.
Software Engineering: Write clean, efficient code to enable the EPDA solution, working with other developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
Integration: Integrate software components and third-party programs to create a cohesive solution.
Test-Driven Development: Practice test-driven development, verifying and deploying programs and systems.
Maintenance and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance.
Documentation: Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Customer Requirements: Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Agile Development: Participate in the Agile software development process, collaborating with a global team.
Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced industry experience in C++ software development (preferred in EDA software development).

Responsibilities
This position is for a highly motivated sales professional with responsibilities for:
Exceeding sales metrics by increasing revenue spend for assigned account.

Responsibilities
The Keysight Information Security and Compliance team rises daily to the challenges of meeting the cyber security needs of a global, advanced technology company. The team delivers security solutions and services across a range of technology domains.
The cyber security team is looking for an individual with a passion for applying advanced experience and skills to lead the way in securing Keysight’s use of modern computing infrastructure and platforms. The role requires the ability to analytically assess technology needs of multiple teams, propose solutions to complex requirements, and drive execution as a subject matter expert.
Candidates should have a strong interest in cyber security, and 10+ years of practical experience with a variety of tools for securing different computing environments. An analytical approach to problems using data and critical thinking will be essential.
A successful candidate will be a member of the Information Security and Compliance team and will have a key role in the end-to-end development of enterprise security solutions, from whiteboard conception and design to testing, deployment, and overseeing the handoff to operations. Collaboration on projects with the rest of the security team and engagement with engineers from other departments will be frequent.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 of the Required Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent
10+ years in engineering roles creating security solutions that can scale to complex IaaS, PaaS and large on-prem environments
Advanced understanding for securing networks and network protocols.
Advanced understanding for securing applications and application protocols.
Advanced understanding for securing operating systems.
Ability to independently handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, on both technical and non-technical issues
The best candidate will also have 2 or more of the Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IAM, WAF, Vulnerability Management, or Pen Testing.
Experience with security concepts pertaining to private and public cloud

Working knowledge of tools used to test and assess security
Experience evaluating commercial and open-source network security tools and services
Understanding of public keys, certificates, and authentication concepts
