FrieslandCampina is a large international dairy company with a cooperative history dating back more than 150 years. The company processes milk into a wide range of dairy products and ingredients. Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. is fully owned by Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A., with 14,634 dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany as members. Through the cooperative, these member dairy farmers jointly own the company.
FrieslandCampina provides consumers with dairy products, such as milk, yoghurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark and cream. The dairy company supplies specific nutrition geared to meet the needs of specific consumer groups, such as children, the elderly and sportspeople. FrieslandCampina is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) for the B2B channel in France. This position belongs to the Retail and Americas organization, a FC business group present in many European countries and Americas, focused on delivering and making available added value products to the consumers.

What We Ask
You have more than 3 years of relevant sales experience within the B2B industry in the French market and a Degree in Business or related field. Previous experience in food and dairy is a plus.
You have a wide knowledge of the French market and have previously managed Key Accounts, building trustful and fruitful collaboration with clients.
You have previously worked in multinational companies with matrix organizations.
You have good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
You are positive, curious, and take the initiative. You have a real "can-do" and entrepreneurial mentality.
You are an strategic thinker, objective and data driven.
You are hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and customer-first
You communicate smoothly and have a good command of French and English
You are available to travel across France on a weekly basis and also quarterly to the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, where our global and regional headquarters are based.

You will make sure of valorizing our farmers milk while provinding the right service and solutions to our clients
You will negotiate contracts following pricing guidance.
You will identify potential, develop and maintain strategic partnership with selected customers, based on long term milk price-linked contracts.
You will follow-up on service level and will coordinate with other departments to ensure product availabiliy and guaranteee the best service to our clients.
