Data Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Birmingham. You will be joining an existing project to work closely with the Project Manager to bolster the migration team. Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Power Platform Developer required for a leading client based in Brackley. My client is seeking a well experienced Power Platform Developer to come on board as part of a growing automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency and background in Power Platform and/or Java or JavaScript development, as well as API integration and familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Extensive Power Platform Development experience
Ability to effectively, design, develop and maintain applications through Power Apps
Strong workflow automation experience through use of Power Automate
Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate and similar Microsoft tools
Ability to integrate and connect Power Platform solutions with Rest APIs and various data sources, including SharePoint
Strong experience/knowledge surrounding 'React'

A leading client in Birmingham is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery and reporting of various programs and projects. This role involves assisting the Head of Solution Delivery in optimizing resource value within the project portfolio, focusing on delivering IT capabilities and projects that benefit the company's clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring project and program information to keep projects on track, reporting on project stages to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion, and analysing project data to provide recommendations for improving project delivery practices. The ideal candidate will come from a professional services background. (Not public sector)
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Extensive PMO Analyst experience
Strong Business change/Governance experience
Extensive experience working in a professional services environment (Not from a heavy public sector background)
Previous experience working at a Law Firm is highly desirable
P3O (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Office) or a similar Project Management Office qualification
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Strong prioritization skills to manage key priorities effectively
Managing all assigned projects from initiation to completion
Maintaining open and effective communication with users and stakeholders regarding the planning and delivery of individual programs and projects

Business Improvement Lead required for a leading company based in Birmingham to be responsible for driving the improvement of business processes and practices across Group. This role focuses on assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, ascertaining areas of good practice, and implementing programs of work to enhance process quality.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a Business Improvement role, be comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels and be able to operate strategically.

The salary on offer for this position is between PS60,000 and PS65,000 plus benefits.

Key Skills

Extensive experience in process improvement and transformation within a large, multi-site organisation.
Proven ability in supporting large-scale transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills to assess processes and quantify potential process improvements.
Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations and team collaboration effectively.
Comfortable at managing through ambiguous or moving situations.
Qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
Experience with ERP systems and process modelling tools.
Ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to complex process challenges.
Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to new information or changing conditions.
Experience of using process mining platforms to analyse business processes, and produce actionable insights and recommendations.
