This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter eager to play a pivotal role in driving strategy through technology and data insights. As a member of the leadership team within the Strategy, Finance, and Operations (SFO) department, you will ensure that every aspect of our work achieves a significant impact for young people.
Key skills and responsibilities,
* Previous Technology leadership experience
* Provide leadership, development, and management for the Technology and Data Insights sub-teams (five staff, including this role), fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven culture dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes for young people.
* Oversee and manage Technology and Data Insights budgets effectively.
* Collaborate closely with the Senior Finance and Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize the use of IT support service providers.
* Demonstrated experience in managing external provider contracts to design and execute system development plans that align with organisational needs, delivered within budget and timelines, effectively leveraging external resources (eg, Accipio and Impact Box development support).
* Proven ability to address end-user queries promptly and collaboratively, offering hands-on support when necessary.
* Expertise in managing IT/technology budgets, including the evaluation and selection of hardware and software, financial modelling, business case development, and strategic analysis of technology and data insights solutions.
* Comprehensive experience in overseeing IT infrastructure, managing cybersecurity risks, and addressing hardware requirements, covering the full life cycle from process and system design to procurement, delivery, and collection.
* Skilled in optimizing the use of IT support service providers through close collaboration with the Senior Finance and Operations Coordinator.
* Align the Technology and Data Insights team with strategic priorities, ensuring team and individual objectives directly contribute to the organisation's overarching goals and maximize impact.
* Partner closely with the Head of Strategic Projects to foster a culture of continuous improvement in technology use across the organisation, offering training, resources, and guidance to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through technology.
* Oversee technology and data insight processes, maintaining planning documents for the upcoming academic year, developing dashboards to forecast organisational resource needs based on the sales and renewals pipeline, and ensuring the leadership team has clear visibility of external resource requirements and targets.

IT Support Engineer
1st/2nd Line Support
Luton - On site Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (on-call rota)
£30,000 per annum

1st/2nd Line Support Engineer required for leading client based in Luton to be the first point of contact for IT incidents, requests and service-related issues, providing both technical support and troubleshooting expertise in a fast-faced, ITIL driven environment. In addition, you will liaise with all members of the IT department to ensure that tasks that cannot be personally completed are escalated to the appropriate party, with a view to ensuring the swift resolution of faults.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and managing incidents using ITSM tools and ensuring accurate prioritisation and resolution within SLA timeframes.
* Provide remote support for hardware, software, and networking issues, while escalating unresolved problems to appropriate teams and maintaining clear communication and follow-ups.
* Monitor critical systems, perform daily checks, and take proactive steps to prevent potential issues through routine inspections and performance monitoring.
* Support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and standard desktop applications (eg, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint).
* Install, configure, and set up workstations, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
* Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes and efficiency.
* Deliver basic IT training to enhance user knowledge and productivity.
* Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL processes (eg, Incident, Service Request, and Knowledge Management) and basic networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
* Exhibit strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills, working independently or collaboratively in a team.
* Communicate effectively with end-users at all levels, ensuring a customer-service-focused approach.

Project Manager required for a leading client based in London. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in previously managing a data centre migration, particularly around managing a partner/supplier and ensuring they are on track and complete the delivery of the migration. The client are a global organisation, so they're ideally looking for someone with experience of global delivery and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders. If you are an organised, results-oriented professional who's keen to get involved and highlight the challenges and success of the project, then this could be the one for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for data centre migration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Extensive Data centre migration experience - particularly around managing a partner and ensuring they complete the migration, while also supporting the business.
Strong supplier management is essential for this role
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure engineers, network specialists, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and mitigate risks, making proactive adjustments to project plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies during migration processes.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Ability to support the business and be able to help where needed, while also being able to highlight risks and ensure you work with the business and supplier to mitigate it.
