My client is a well respected Insurance Software Provider and they are looking for a Business Systems/Configuration Analyst to join their growing team on permanent basis.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director or relevant Project Manager and depending on the project size, you may be working alone or as part of a team.
The role will often be Client facing and the ability to determine requirements, estimate costs and present completed solutions is essential.
The role will also often fluctuate between Analysis and Configuration to quite detailed SQL Scripting and some report and system design and so it is essential that the candidate be flexible and show ability in both Business and technical areas.
Key responsibilities:Ability to configure Insurance system to meet client specifications
Producing project feasibility reports.
Liaising with external clients or internal resources
Creation of Documentation and MIS Reports using Report Builder tools such as Crystal and MS Report Builder
Build SQL queries and use SQL to report on and modify databases.
Translating client requirements into highly specified project documents.
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Required skills:Understanding of the Insurance lifecycle
Understanding of SQL
Good Knowledge of Database applications, design methods and approaches
Proven Analysis ability
Strong, logical investigative skills.
Ability to learn and understand Insurance and Financial Applications and functionality.
Ability to configure software applications for Client requirements

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data Engineer with solid skills in Snowflake, SQL and Azure DevOps to join their existing team and support the definition and delivery of an enterprise data platform with engineering best practices. Specifically, this role will help the divisional data team (DDT) to understand, manage, and prioritise data engineering and transformation activities.
The role is reporting to the AVP Data engineering, who is responsible for prioritising, planning, and driving forward the data engineering and transformation tasks required.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this new team. The Senior Data engineer would fill a critical role within the organisation tasked with analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and support for data-intensive pipelines.

Duties

Enhance system quality through identification of issues, common patterns, and formulation of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in the market as an experienced Data engineer.
Extensive experience with SQL cloud databases like Snowflake, and MS SQLServer. Experience with NoSQL databases like AWS DynamoDB and Azure Cosmos is a plus.
Solid experience and clear understanding of one ETL tool (For eg: Matillion, SNP Glue, Fivetran, Informatica) and DBT.
Experience working with AWS and/or Azure DevOps and extensive debugging experience.
Clear understanding of data modeling, data curation, and orchestration
Experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI is a plus.
Sound understanding of unit testing, test-driven development, functional testing, and performance aspects.
Knowledge of at least one Shell Scripting language.

We are looking for a Change Manager to join the Business Change Management department of one of our London Market clients.
Reporting to the Head of Business Change Management and will work with leaders, sponsors, and the Business Transformation Group
You will play a key role in contributing to the overall change vision and ensure it is successfully adopted by the business.
MUST HAVES

The role includes responsibility for:

Applying a structured Change Management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects.

Developing a methodology and lead change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Develop a set of actionable and targeted Change Management plans - Including sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, resistance management plan and communication plan.
Support the execution of the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process, as well as proven experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
You will also have familiarity with different project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle, such as Agile and PRINCE II.

My client is a reputable London Market Insurer and they are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst/Solution Analyst with previous industry experience to partner with all areas of the business and IT to help implement fully integrated solutions as their enterprise architecture evolves .
This existing team is small yet very collaborative with a great work ethic where you will be able to grow your technical skills further and gain wider exposure to the business and industry.
Key responsibilities:
Form strong business partnerships with the Business, and Business Excellence to understand the business process/business requirements
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise on my client's Application Architecture, and how that architecture supports the various business processes
